Abby Elliott

Abby Elliott, born June 16, 1987 is an American actress and comedian. She was a Saturday Night Live cast member from 2008 until 2012. In the years since, she appeared on the Bravo comedy Odd Mom Out as well as on the NBC sitcom Indebted. The actress is daughter of of actor and comedian Chris Elliott. Elliott was born in New York City as the older of her two children. Elliott is the daughter of Paula Niedert a talent coordinator and comedian Chris Elliott. Her grandfather was a radio comedy Bob Elliott. She is younger sister to the actress Bridey Elliott. They were both born in Wilton, Connecticut. She attended Immaculate High School Danbury, Connecticut where she played the role of an actor in school musicals and plays. After graduating from Immaculate High School in 2005 she enrolled at Marymount Manhattan College in New York City but was unable to attend her first semester .In 2010, Elliott was a friend of another Saturday Night Live cast member Fred Armisen. Their relationship ended in September 2011. Elliott became a television writer Bill Kennedy on September 3 in 2016. They have a daughter named Edith Pepper Kennedy. Elliott went to comedy classes at The Groundlings and eventually began doing training and appearing in various sketch comedy shows at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre (UCB) in Los Angeles.
