She came into the limelight in 2017 after she competed in the national competition for figure models and won first in her class, and also earned the Pro badge. Aspen Rae was raised in San Jose, South San Francisco Bay. She is of Native American and Scottish descent. She attended California State University, Monterey campus. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Since her childhood, her love for fitness was a constant. She has dreams of working as a model or fitness professional.
